  • Do you want to meet and feel supported by other women who are experiencing similar challenges?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, then this workshop is designed just for YOU!

Join us for a special evening tailored for moms to share experiences and gain valuable insights. Together, we'll explore methods to reestablish and revive romance in your relationship, including effective communication strategies to express your needs and desires to your partner.

This workshop is co-led by Jessica Cersosimo, RN,  and Kristin Lynch. Jess, intimacy coach and mother of 2, is a passionate advocate for women's empowerment and sexual liberation. Her experiences of insecurity and self-doubt, feeling disconnected from her own body and desires, and struggling with feelings of undesirability led her on a transformative journey of self-discovery and revitalization. Through introspection, self-love, and a commitment to embracing her sexuality, Jess transformed herself and her life into one filled with self love, pleasure and empowerment.

Kristin Lynch has been working in the field of birth as a postpartum doula and midwife for the last 24 years. She is passionate about empowering, supporting and educating woman. Kristin is a Reiki Master, Whole Health Practitioner, Emotion, Body and Belief Code Practitioner and practices Emotional Freedom Technique and Reflexology. She is a retired Certified Professional Midwife and Doula. She and her husband  holistically and mindfully raise three children. Kristin currently has a private practice on the North Shore where she offers energy medicine and nutrition counseling.
