About the event
Join yoga instructor Claire Millet Lima for a 4-week mini yoga retreat to put you in peaceful mindset for the holiday season. Each class will consist of breath work, meditation, Vinyasa and Yin yoga, aromatherapy, and a healing sound bath.
Class size is limited to 10 per week. Suggested donation is $20, but pay what you can. 100% of proceeds will go to Boston CASA, supporting an advocating for the best interests of foster children and youth. Venmo payment to @Claire-Lima.
